Baked pumpkin (cold)
Boiled chickpeas and aquafaba (cold)
A little inspiration
The cake has doTERRA wild orange in. doTERRA peppermint world have been great as well.
Grape or citrus bliss maybe.... And 1 drop lavender, especially with peppermint...

I baked half kg of pumpkin, used the cooled down "'meat" for cake. 

Soaked and boiled chickpeas - approx 250-300g dry raw weight. 
Used both the cooled down aquafaba and boiled chickpeas in the cake. 

200g ceremonial cacao block/paiste. melt in low temperature waterbathh.

1-2 cup of good non-alkalized cacao powder. Add less if you want less intense chocolate and cacao taste. 

Arrowroot as starch

Around 5-10 dates with no skin and pit (soak them to get skin of). Add more if you want more sweet flavor. 

4-5 drops of dōTERRA wild orange essential oil.

Grind all ingredients to smooth.
Make a taste sample and adjust to your favourite taste. 

Put in a form and fridge for 4 h. 

I was in a hurry, so I put in the freezer for 1 h. It was like a mousse then.
It's more tarte after 4 hours. Both can work well depending what you want.


Add some strawberries, raspberries or maybe pomegranate on the site. Few walnuts as topping also taste great.

I made this delicious cake for my birthsday. It is intense and most will eat a small piece. 
The doTERRA essential oils have different qualities the wild orange have a structure that will feel uplifting. 

This cake will taste great also if you instead of wild orange use, doTERRA grapefruit or 1-2 drop of lavender and many combine with few drops of doTERRA pepermint.

BATHE YOUR FEET & SOUL IN LOVE

Surround yourself in love.
Foot bath with roses.
One of many ways is foot bath with epsom salt, essential oils, a little oil for your skin and petals or whole flowers.
Your feet carry your body through life and deserve some love and care.
Here I have used rose hips and for essential oils: oregano (anti inflammatory & detoxing), rose (calming & sensual) and spearmint (refreshing). Cocunut oil, epsom salt. I used red rosehips, that can help with grounding and also with feeling secure. Themes related to 1st chakra and then love theme in 4th chakra plus the smell/sense stimulating upper chakras.
If you haven't tried with flowers yet then have a go and see how it feels. Maybe prepare it for both yourself and a beloved. Nomatter if you are a goddess, a god or another gender your body and soul deserve some nourishment and love.

FUDGY VEGAN CHICKPEA BROWNIE a la Ajeetdev

No gluten, no sugar, no soya, no nuts.

We all deserve to eat what is good for our body and soul and that it taste yummy.
If you for some reason have a cathegory of things you do not eat and still want sometimes to have cake here is a suggestion on a YUMMY fudgy vegan chickpea brownie. It can be good to be creative in making the cake you want and within what you can and will eat. 

I made this cake for my birthday in April. I had just got my updated list with food allergies and intolerances. For me it was new to not be able to eat nuts (except walnuts), most seeds, peas, and few others, what I have used a lot as glutenfree vegan. I wanted to find new yummy cakes and other to eat within what is good for me. I didn't find any in search and went creative, inspired from different recipes. The result was yummy. I have been asked to share the recipe and here it is.

I seldom do measurements, also my experience is there are big differences in flour, water, ... in different contries, so connect with yourself or sourse when you make the cake. However I did some measure here. Taste while you make it and look at the concistency to get it how you want.

Let your baking begin :-D 

INGREDIENCES
  • 500g boiled chiskpeas (soak chickpeas for 12h and boil for 60-70 min)
  • 2-4 teaspoons of chiaseeds soaked in water or use some chickpea water.
  • 2 to 2,5 dl deficated coconut
  • Up to 0,5 dl coconut oil
  • 0,5 to 1 dl dates or sirup depending how sweet you want your cake. 
  • Fresh vanilla seeds. OR few drops of eatable essential oil, I use doTerra wild orange.
  • 1,5 dl glutenfree flour – i.e. rice or buckwheat
  • 1,5 dl good kakao – if you like add more.
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 100 grams of 85 % chokolade, chopped (chek that is is vegan), if you like add some cacao nibs also – I suggest up to 50g.

DO THIS:
  1. Pre heat the oven to 180c hot air program
  2. If you use dates, take the pit out and soak the dates in boiling water for 15 min. Then seperate dates and water You can save the water and aad a bit later if you feel and taste it would be good.
  3. Mix chickpeas,  the soaked chia seeds, coconut and coconut oil, syrup, coconut oil and vanilla/orange oil in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  4. Add flour, cacao.
  5. Taste it and add if something is needed and wanted. It shall taste yummy and be vet and soft. You might want to ad a bit of water or other you want more of for balance.
  6. Add baking powder and salt.
  7. Mix it.
  8. Chop the chocolate and stir it gently in and maybe 50g of cacao nibs.
  9. Fill in a form – with baking paper or easy slip. Should be a layer around 2,5 to 3 cm
  10. Bake 20-25 minuttes.
  11. The mass shall be really soft when you take it out of the oven, so the cake stay ”mushy” and fudgy.
  12. Let it cool completely and eat.
It is a compact cake and most will enjoy small pieces at the time.

What to do when we get adrenal and cortisol overload - our nervous system and brain get highjacked

We all sometimes get high jacketed by our autonomous nervous system and where the adrenaline goes up. 

This happened to me in a conflict during the night where my body began shaking so it was difficult to move away from the situation, simply my body responded wirth fear for one part and anger for another part. My amygdala, that is the part of the brain dealing with stress/fear/defense, and my nervous system got highjacked into another persons anger and response. The other person basically began to hit me and yell of me. The hitting is not something I would expect in my adulthood or from an adult. I am not afraid of the person but my amygdala and nervous system was. I had a requst, that the other person did not want to meet and responded strongly agressive to. Back in my room, 1 m from the scene, I was still shaking from adrenaline and my body hurted badly simply from the chemical overfload, the freez and then stil shaking, feeling heavy and got physical cold. Basically a shock reaction as well as anger. I didn´t feel pain while shortly being hit at. Don´t think it was hard and simply chemicals and if it was the adrenaline rushing though my system simply prevented me in feeling it.
Just for the record: I am safe.

It doesn´t have to be this dramatical, but we all get highjacked from time to time and luckily there are things we can do to ease and release ourself. First of all when posible move ourselves out of the situation if/when posible and go to space that feels safe or space where you can take care of you.

Today I was basically energetically and physically frozen while shaking, but did some meditation. Listen to some mantras. Focused on my breath that was very locked and needed some help to make make peace in my body and brain. Then tried to relax as much as posible. Writing a bit in a notebook and reflecting on the insights I got, looking at the mirrows show in the conflict and situation, and other. At that time my body would not have moved if I had begun the deliberately shaking or it would had added more stress. Some hours later I used my adrenaline to get something done. Then beginning to feel adrenalin level falling. I got tired and rested some. Afternoon came and I felt it was now time to move and consciously shake. To re-gain my breath and body fully. Let go of the highjack. I consciously shaked for around 22 minutes, jumped, danced a bit and then did a bit of it all in what felt best. This all while staying pressent and grounding myself. Today all in all around 35-40 minutes and then it was enough.

The trick is not just to space out, but ground yourself when you are shaking the chemical rush, emotions and shock of. Also to not over-do. Connect and feel into if it feels good or not if you can feel anything. Sometimes it will be posible to feel at other times you might still have to many chemicals rushing to feel anything within than discomfort.
Do you get closer to you, your core, "your normal body and self" or futher away. How is your breath? Does it tighten up more or release more and expand?
It will be different how long is needed and what is good for you to be in the proces. Feel within.
 
It is important and I invite you to stay as pressent with yourself as posible. Begin with shaking as you were mad or a 3-5 year old child throwing itself in anger and sorrow yelling, sparking at the supermarked floor, while you stay with your adult self. Stay pressent in the now! If wild wild make you disapear then choose softer. Shake all the madness out with arms above shoulder high and head, shake the frozen energy out, the stock emotions and the extra chemicals that has been rushing in your body. Breathe. Shake it all; your head, sholders, arms, belly, but, legs, feet,... You are welcome to enjoy the shaking, later perhaps jump and dancing from within while you stay grounded and pressent with yourself. BREATHE. Let your breath be free and restore its natural balance and force. A good indicator that your get more free is your return to a more expanded breath and fill up your body with new oxygen fully before exhaling again. Feel the expansion in your body and in your mind. If your mind has been highjacked as well, you will most likely begin to think more constructive than a old pickup gramephone record in loop.
If you use music for shaking and dancing conscioulsly then choose high vibe - as mantra music made for dance. Support yourself.

Mostly the person who begin to hit, yell and simlair is also highjacked, however this is ofen a different approach that is helpful. Maybe I write about that in a coming blog. Will see. 

When more deep and old traumas are (re)activated or new activated we sometimes need help to stay pressent and grounded and to be able to be in our body or emerge into it and be with ourselves. Simply because being you is to overwhealming at the time being or in the trigger situation. Some suggestions here could be (somatic) psycho therapy, access bars, yoga and meditation. There are different ways. Choose the one(s) that calls to you.

Did or do your spiritual teacher or therapist misconduct?

Dear you.

First of all, what is misconduct?
There are already many definitions of confidentiality and sacretness of teacher-student, therapist/healer-client relationships. Within most professional educations and assosiations are also a code of ethics and professional standards. The simple reason is to protect the student/client (and sometimes the teacher/therapist).

Even when the student or client have a crush on the teacher or want a private relationship, sex, ... it is break of trust from the teacher if he/she gives in. Of course love can happen, and the teacher/therapist can step back from the professional job (meaning work with something else for a while) and at the same time of course refer the client / student to  another teacher/ therapist. 
Within kundalini yoga in tradition after Yogi Bhajan is a "cool of" period that last at least 6 months. This means if the teacher want to engage with you in private and it is mutual, then to simply take 6 months break from each other and feel within if you both still want a private relationship after this time and what kind of relationship. This is to take care of the student.

You can get some help on the dynamichs- and tips how to handle (both as teacher and student) in the book Sex and the spiritual teacher. One way to put it is very simple. When you go to your doctor, you don´t expect him/her to want an intimate relationship with you and be invited into your life as other than a proffesionel.

Other clues are:
  • Your teacher grasp you
  • Kiss you when vaulnerble
  • Uses your vaulnerbility for his/her own purpose.
  • Want to date you and does not stop teaching 
  • Want secret relationship with you
  • Might want you to lie for him/her
  • The teacher does maybe not accept "no" for an answer
  • Think all his/her problems are everybody else fault
  • Try to seek you or your friends up in privately and might even where you live
  • Talks, calls or text inappropiate messages to you
  • You most likely think you are the only one
  • You are lied to
  • Manipulated
  • Or even worse as rape and much else

When more subtile versions clients/student might not recognize in the beginning what is going on. 
However they are all violation of the teacher/therapist/healer student/client role.

It can simply also be a teacher wanting you to lent him/her money and other crazyness.

There can be different ways around it and also most clients and students are embaresed when they discover they are not the only one, that they were flattered to give in, thought the teacher really really loved them, might be married ... (The list is long.)
 
What to do about it to make it stop:

CALL IT OUT LOUD is one posibility depending the situation.

This can be done in several ways.
  • Say "no"
  • Going to the police, i.e a teacher stalking you, have been sexual inapropiate, keeps texting you, keeps contacting you, .... does not respect your "no".
  • Go to the teachers/therapist professional organisation or association. (Within kundalini yoga, tradition after Yogi Bhajan, you can send an email to [email protected]. They are located in Espaniola, NM.) You can do this to help make it stop and prevent it to happen to others. The teacher can get help to change behavior or get kicked out if it is a repeadetly problem. Here I refer to kundalini yoga because that is what I know, but unfortunately this is an issue within so many kind of "spiritual settings" so if this happens to you go to the teachers/therapist professional organisation.
  • Post on facebook groups and social medias and so on. If one step forward most likely many more will.

Why: To take care and protect yourself! Simple as that.

As a kundalini yoga student you have the right to a safe room for practice and learning. See photo below. In different therapy directions or main organisations there are also rules and guidelines.
It is unfortunately not always made officially that there are rights as a student/client. Many people seek up therapy, yoga- and other practise and events when vaulnerble and hoping to heal and grow or just do something new and expand. This shall be hornered by the practitioner/teacher/therapist.
The sessions, classroom ... be a safe space and the teacher-studen relationship as well.

If you are a curent or former kundalini yogini or yogi who has meet a teacher that overstepped the sacredness of his/her role as a teacher, then feel free to reach out to me.

Call it out loud - Sex and the spiritual teacher

Here is a recommendation to read the book “Sex and the spiritual teacher”.

It is a must read for all teachers, therapists AND students, spiritual people and clients.

In the kundalini yoga community we are currently deeply shaken after it has been revealed the founder of one tradition, Yogi Bhajan, was a crook, a rapist and much else really bad. (Yogi Bhajan died 15 years ago.)
He healed and helped so many many thousands over the years, but he definitely
​ also did big big harm – so far as we know to at least 300 persons and most likely many more. There is a report that has just come out, ordered to be made of a neutral organization, An Olive Branch, by the main kundalini yoga organization after yogi Bhajan: 3HO, where people could come forward if they wished to. 

Though chocking it is unfortunately not uncommon. Just take Osho, Bigram, Sai Baba, Mojii running with way to young girls/women, Yingar (woman who was terrible and abusive to her students), Deepak Chopak, Prem Baba, Shivananda, some hatha hot shot teachers and so many others.
 
And it is so so many places else. Teachers, therapists … are breaking the confidentiality of their students/clients. The culture of rape and injustice by old patriarchal figures in the Piscean age (Epstein and all the others with lines to Trump, the British royal family (Albert), the catholic church …) Abuse of children and grownups. This come from very subtile break of boundaries to very heavy forms.
As with the #metoo movement it is time, time to stop it and call it out loud.

Call it out loud to stop it and make a change. 

Unfortunately within yoga and kundalini yoga this is not only past. Yogi Bhajan died 15 years ago, but within all yoga there are still teachers who believe in their right to date, kiss, grasp, manipulate, have sex with, lie to … students. It is simply a no go. Read the book and do your process both as spiritual teacher/therapist and student/client.

If you happen to be a former or current kundalini yogi student in Denmark, tradition after yogi Bhajan and have been mislead by your kundalini yoga teacher, please feel free to reach out.
Let me know if you want to meet some of the others women where break of boundaries in student-teacher relationship has been or is. Also if you are interested in a self-help group with a facilitator. I´ll do this as a seva project or if needed try to find an organization with a facilitator outside the yoga environment.

It can help both students/clients who want to take care of themselves, the ones where boundaries between teacher-student roles has been overstepped/changed/broken and for all spiritual facilitators/teachers/ therapists.
 
Remember there are also many great and respectful teachers. However not the topic of the post.

Cold elixir & immune boost

So many people have influenza and a cold at the moment.
Here are a few tips on remedies to feel better above yoga, meditation, self care️, napkins & rest 😉😊

Hot cacao: Good cacao powder, boiling water, fresh (smashed) ginger, essential oil drops from orange, -rose and -lavender. All organic ingredients. That makes a sore throat more at ease 💐☀️🌟💖 Taste-wice I personly like the drink most with only orange and rose oils and ginger (and no lavender). The lavender is though great for ease a soar throath. Experiment for your own favourite.

Of course there are also clasdics as:
"Ginger, lemon with or without honey", where you add the ingredients and boiling water.
Herbal steam: A bowl with boiled water and camomile where you hold your head over the bowl and cover with a towel around your head and the bowl so you get a herbal steam to lousen up and cleanse your glands.

​Enjoy and feel great and fresh fast.

In Goa again - upgrade

Prehistory will follow another time. That said I have the feeling my blog will change this year since I change and the times change. It will be more personal and perhaps even private at times. We´ll see. I promise it will be with connection from my soul and heart.

At December 22nd 2017 late nigth I arrived in Goa again. Oh goddess I have missed Cleo-dog and the warm weather.

I do LOVE Cleo-dog, the beaches, the people I connect with, building my body, the sun, some of the beautiful places here.
​Less flattering things here are tourists on drugs and drunk. Resturans like british pubs and people desperately trying to sell all kind of things.

The first two days in Goa I stayed where a friend of mine stayed all of last season. The light and hot water was shot of in the bathsroom and I told the owner I wouldn´t pay full price. That was a challage for me. Thinking, but many Indian are poor, and is it fair.... A conflict came, and a compromise where non of us were happy for the solution.

At 28th. of December I moved as planed to Cleo-dogs place - one of her families bungalows. And hornestly I LOVE it. I am so happy to be with Cleo again. I actually forgot to look at the room when I came to do so, because I was much more focused on my soul-frien Cleo-dog.

December 23rd the clinic where I learned to walk hosted a Christmas lunc for all patients. I came first time this season. It was so much pleasure to see the staff from last year again. So good, and they were touched to see me walk so well and being happy.
On the first coming opening day, December 26th. I went again. When I arrived at the clinic it was a big moment for me. Two persons had individual walk training. They had the kind of support to walk as I did a bit more than a year ago. A trainer walking behind them to support their hips so they didn´t fall. The 2 persons in wlak training were strugling hard and using all their focus, concentration and force to move their feet, legs and walk.
Then it hit me. WAAUW. How much I have gained and learned in a year.
So much.

Walking into the stretch class area was awesome and just being able to, up stairs and no strugle, but ease.
The first stretch class went awesome. I was still fresh and muscles not worked to my limet yet ;-)
It was great.

I luckily mostly love to workout. Some types anyway.

I must say it is magical what can happen in a year when you are connected, stay connected and take the steps encourgaed by your souls calling.

Connection, and healing leave
Dear friends.
In late October 2016 I was going 14 days to North of India. Some of you are already affected by - and know that I am still in India.

In the month leading up to my trip, in one week 4 healers world wide contacted me with the message that it was time to walk. As a dear healer friend of mine said to me: "Leave the wheelchair in India and give it to someone who needs it more" I thought: It is optimistic to walk and walk that great in 14 days, and although wonderful if that happens. My own feeling was and is that it is time. I was excited to see how it would play out. I had the vision the journey in northern India would be in a wheelchair, what did not make the excitement less. Kept myself open to the possibility.

As it is, when we are connected to ourselves, our soul, infinity wild and magical "stuff" happens in our lives. It did in my first 14 days outside Europe, in northern India. It remains, now in southern India. Absolutely divine.
For my part, I was invited to an physical examination and then for treatment stay in Goa (2 airplane away from where I was). They will try to heal my central nervous system (CNS), spine, deformed discusses, dislocated pelvis and shoulder, etc. and get me well moving and walking. The wheelchair is in the wings, and who knows when ...?
November is almost gone and I'm invited to stay. I say “YES, THANK YOU”. It goes well and also takes time. To create my body so it can stay healthy and fit also when leaving from here, build muscle and alignment in the bones & body. Function that can be used in Denmark too. The weather is perfect for my body (35°c).

Therefore, I take a healing leave. Possibly until March 2017. It is not yet decided.

I have much to say about the journey, being connected, on vibration and on following the instructions we get. For me, kundalini yoga is an eminent way to silence/shunia to listen and go develop the courage to follow the instructions received. Hearing our soul's calling.

I miss you and miss teaching. I so much look forward to seeing you again, and new acquaintances, both share yoga and to provide inspiration in speaks.
I can still be booked for teaching and speaks.

Tip - for releasing headace and migraines

Many people get migraines and headace.
There are severel ways to handle it.

A few tips that can help on migrain is
  1. Pranayama - Breathe - left nosedrill breath
  2. A mixture of lime and mineral salt
  3. Organic Rose tea.
  4. Enough sleep

Anti headace and anti-migraine pranayama
Sit with back straight on a chair or in cross leged position. Tune in with the mantra "Ong Namo Gurudev Namo", chant it 3 times with hands in prayer pose and eyes clossed, rolled up in in as you "look" at your 3rd eye point between your brows. Take a deep inhale and release. Place hands at your knees, palms pointing up and thumb and index fingers meet ing "gyan mudra". Feel within for a moment.
Now, still with straight back, lift your right arm and hand up and use right thumb to block right nosedrill. Remember to relax your shoulders meanwhile. Eyes as before, slossed and rolled up and in as looking at your 3rd eye point. Begin long deep breathing in and out through your left nosedrille. Neck is straight during the whole asana. Continue for 5 minutes.
If your mind is busy you can internally chant "Sat" at the inhale and "Nam" at the exhale. It means Truth is your identity.
At the end take a deep breath in and hold it for 10-15 seconds. Release and place hands in gyan mudra at your knees, with palms facing up.
End: Hands in prayer pose, take a deep breath in and release, take a deep breath in and 3 times chant "Sat nam". Long sat, short nams.


Lime - salt recipe:
Excelent to stop an migraine. If you take it in the beginning of the migraine you can prevent it from develloping and can make it less to disapear if you take the mixture during a migraine. At least that is within my experience.
You need:
Juice of 2 organic limes or lemons
2 tea spoons of good mineral salt
drinking water.
You mix the juice of the lime/lemon with the salt in a glass and ad water. You drink it. It doesn´t taste that good, but it helps :-) And doesn´t dope or have unnessasary site effects and migraine pills.

Roses
​Another good tip to stop headace is organic rose tea or organisc estetic rose oil drops.
If you have eatable roses, they can have same effect, but make sure it is a type to eat/drink.

Sandelwood
I find a good essential oil is good but more effective is the "sense of samathi" powder. Yoy rub/spread a bit in your palms and then slide your palms from over your face, hair and scull.


Sleep
One migraine trigger is when people do not get enough sleep both during a single night and during long time. So make yourself some good routines with going to bed same time every night, getting up same time a day, and make sure you have 8h or more if you are still tired. If you feel your headace is due to to much sleep, then of course choose another methood, but still keep your sleep patern regular and consistent in good manner with the sleep your head and body need. For most persons around 7,5-8,5 hours

Leadership and Self-Discipline

Sometimes Leadership requires Discipline, Self-Discipline.
Requires that you as leader are ahead and to have a over-wiev perspective. To choose what is best also when it doesn´t give instant gratification. This can require self discipline. You can of course have the intention to take the quick fix and believe you can then later create a solution for further ahead. Fire extinguishing that sometimes is necessary but even then you often have the posibility to make several choices if you have an overwiev.

Developing discipline makes you stronger and more cable to handle when things and life happens. This both professionally as a leader and personal level.

Some ways to develop Self-Discipline is:
  • One step of the time
  • Consciousness 
  • Focus on the goal and what you like about the discipline, 
  • Kundalini yoga and meditation is as well a good practices 
  • and much more. 
Choose the way that fits you best. It doesn´t have to be unpleasant duty. You can make it vital and in the training of your discilpine choose something you like. 
A few examples: 
  1. I´ll love that my employes do not go over their boundaries generelly and in taking to many shifts if there are a hole in the duty schedule. If they do it - if I s leader alow it, it will easilier break the teamwork and make them quit the job faster. I want them to be happy and healthy and want great teamwork with win-win.  
  2. From personal life one of my disciplines are daily yoga. At the time being on a specific 90 day meditation. Some days it does requires self discipline to daily tae out or give me this 40 minutes to the procedure. 

 
It gives you more sustainability and because you get ahead you also cope better. This frees you energy to more Joy, Surplus and gives you more Success.

A Rose is a rose is a rose...

"I am as I am as I am as I am as I am ..."
Try saying it out loud to yourself in a mirror or to someone you trust. If it is the mirror then look at your eyes while saying I am as I am as I am as I am. If someone trusted then look into his/her eyes. 

It can feel both awesome and terrible to say that. 
When you feel awesome in general in your life then it can be easy feeling and being you. Also saying the sentence above.


When we get scared most of us tent to try making an escape either disappearing, attacking or shut down. When you discover that is what is happening, then it is time to go back to you again. (Metaphorically and physical if it feels wright for you support your back, your abilities and spine.)   You can deal with what is going on and be you at the same time. 

A rose never try to be anything else than a rose. It is beautiful as it is. So are you when you shine as you.

If difficult there are many tools to love being you, feeling your body, mind and soul.  - From yoga, to affirmations, to therapy, to meditation ...

I salute you being and saying: "I am as I am as I am ..."

The point being you are you! That is awesome!

How do you bathe?

Dear you.

How would you love to smell and how would you love to bathe? How do you feel when you follow that enjoyment and choice? Imagine it and feel what it does to you. Hold on to the feeling.

In the 1960-90s the idea was that we should go into our traumas and really feel them, dive into them to get through them relieved and happy. Become more complete. Some people became more fulfilled in their ambition to "collect dead areas and revitalise them". 
At the same time, there are many people who want benefit of that approach. Unfortunately quite many get stuck there. The tendency today is "that everything we give our focus grows". This also was the Gestalt psychology "in the old days," but now it is used in a new way. We can choose focus to joy, resources and strengths. To verbalise it doesn´t exclude to recognize or acknowledge our resources. 
It is just; what do you choose to give energy to.

To spell it out, "Are you bathing in your faeces to break free of it?" Or do you select more delicious scents, water and oils? Figuratively speaking then the faeces will be rinsed out with the water. Some will oppose that there is "gold in the faeces". Perhaps, but it is also the case with joy, resources and with pleasure. So why not choose this way?

Some bathe for many years in how their childhood was. At the end of the day one thing is being in grief over something happening in the present as a lost beloved one and so on. It is quite different matter in adulthood to continually be focused on what was in the childhood. Here is my clear message that it is all about YOUR OWN RECOGNITION OF YOURSELF. As soon as you allow yourself to be you in the present you´ll let go of the martyr, the victim and the faeces.
It's smart to go to mentors, psychotherapists (with positive focus), nourishing communities with exquisiteness and authenticity where you are supported so much that you learn to recognize yourself, dare to be yourself without running away from you. It can be a shortcut. When you dare to be yourself, it becomes less important what everyone else thinks, because you always have yourself and you have chosen you. You´ll fill yourself with your present and vitality.

There are many ways to live and experience our life. Why choose sadness, anger, powerlessness, when you have the possibility of choosing joy, pleasure and exquisiteness. It's a matter of practice and every day choice now that you have been presented for that possibility. If not before then now.

So do you shower in your faeces to let yourself free or are you nourishing yourself with joy and lovingly focus where the faeces goes in the drain. Maybe it even just gets transformed into fertilizer for the growth of your way. 
I invite you to the life with delicious aromas, joy, love and success. I invite you to the feeling you created at the top of the article (or even better), where you bathe in what you love. Hold on to it until you come to a new and even more delicious image and feeling that you want to bathe you in.

Dalai Lama in town - sharing compassion & connection

It is a big thing that his holiness Dalai Lama is in Copenhagen right now. He is giving a speak on compassion and he is showing it. Yesterday I was lucky to be there live.
 
When I have heard his lectures online or about Buddhism their idea on compassion it is different than most people think of it in the West. It becomes more and more common giving compassion.

Before going I was wandering how his holiness looks at disability? Bad karma? Something you are able to do something about? I didn´t ask him but now I think I know what he would say: "It is life". He said so on similar subjects.

I agree in many of his statements: One of the important ones about leadership is: "Weapon control must take place in your heart". He used an example when he explained that anything can be used as a weapon.  When he was 4 years old he used his nails to scratch his brother when he was mad at him.  

He truly believe that we are all one. - Everybody suffer when someone suffers. At the same time it is possible to be happy. Something that is also in my experience to be true. How can we serve the most?: To be happy and create surplus in every aspect, then share.
