Humans who are connected to infinity, their soul, their heart, groundet and connected to the Earth. Live from there, create solutuions from that space within. After thousaands of years in patriarchy it is time for more feminine leadership & consciousness for both women and men. To live from your soul is nourishing and the process is faster when you meet with sisters and brothers, choose diet, mindset and spiritual and uplifting practise. Sometimes you can use inspiration and help to support your process. It can be to know how you feel, what you want, accepting being you, stress reduction and much else. Help to simply "up-vibe" in your being. I can help you with finding your soulconnection, create more happiness and meaningfullness in your life. Sepcifically I have most experience in helping and working with people with a history of traumas, disease and a level of stress where the nervous system needs release and more ease. There is a variation of teqniques depending who you are and where you are in life. I host goddess circles, teach qoya & kundalini yoga, help people in somatic psychotherapy, visionary coaching, access bars, sound healing and I give speaks on my own transformation from 18 years as sitting and paralysed to walking again.
