When we have a strugle with something in our lives often there is a answer how to solve just in front of us.
Sometimes complex and always loads of potential if we dare and breath.

Sometimes it can be great to ask yourself (and others): 
How would your superhero fix this? I.e. ask: Solve this easy and straightforward? 

Amazing what kind of effective and delicious easily- be-done on the spot answers there will be. Check. Done! 
Take it from the inside out, from the bottom and up or what it takes to make it joyful, playful and easy for you in this moment.
 
If you forget the answer ask again. Sometimes a new view comes along and sometimes the same. Dosn´t matter. Just you have the ability to solve, stay connected and tuned to yourself and collective counciosness. To ask for help if you want to or need so. Of course YOU can be your own superhero, right now.
